We recently have had lots of snow, like lots of other people. Sooo I took my little point and shoot and took some photos.
These girls are desperately hungry to eat in weather this awful.
I hope everyone stays warm & pray for spring.

Winter is another time of beauty. Right now I struggle because of being in the house with the children so much. It's hard to stay out too long, because it is hard on Garretts lungs with his asthma.
I never want to rush the seasons, but I am really ready for spring. I am battling lots of emotions that aren't usually me. I struggle with the day to day relationships with some of our extended family and I seem to really miss my mom lately.
I won't have so much time to think when spring gets here and we have lots to do. Yardwork, gardening, 4-H projects, horses and lots of picture taking.
This shall soon pass. HAPPY thoughts!

I went on a fieldtrip with Mahlia last fall.
These deer were there and she got to hand feed them.

Miss P is the ruler of the house, even with 2 dogs in it. I was cleaning out closets the other day and she decided to take a nap in the sun on a pile of my clothes.

Isnt she pretty! I thought she wanted her picture taken so bad. She kinda looks mad at me.

Hank, our first child. Hes such a handsome boy. His ear got damaged when he got attacked by coyotes last fall. It gives him such an adorable look. He wasn't feeling well last fall so I took him to the vet. He ended up having to be neutered, so he didnt get cancer and is on glucosemen for arthritis. He will be 11 in june.
There will never be another dog like this one!

Kimber (boxer) got a new bed for christmas. I took this after we had taken her to the vet and found out about her illness. She will be 5 in Oct. She was having some lameness issues, so I took her to the vet. She has deginerative arthritis. Meaning her bones look like the bones of a 14 yr old dog. So she is on meds for the rest of her life. A few weeks later we took Harley and found out she was sick. Her thyroid isn't working. So she is on meds now.
I love my pups but they are breaking my heart with all the meds i have to give them everyday.

Since we have gotten all this snow the babies havent been to school since Mon. So we went out with daddy and played in the snow while he got snow out of the way.

I took senior pictures the son of some good friends of ours.
I saw this old tractor and had to take a picture.
I had the most wonderful conversation with someone i met while working for Cowpokes. Shes such a nice lady and it was so nice to talk to her.
